sipX Build environment on Solaris 10

Build dependencies

gmake, ginstall and gawk

Download and install from "Solaris 10 1/06 Software Companion Packages"

cppunit

cppunit needs to be compiled as it is not available as a binary package for Solaris 10.

Dependencies

pcre

pcre-4.5 is available from sunfreeware. >pcre-4.5 needs to be compiled as it is not available as a binary package for Solaris 10.
